PayClock EZ (PC100) Total Support Agreement (Single User)
PLEASE NOTE: Your PC100 terminal must be in good working condition, and you must be on software version 5.0 or higher in order
to purchase a support agreement for your PayClock EZ system. If you
are using an older version of software, you must purchase an upgrade
(available on this site) prior to purchasing a support agreement.
Free Updates and Version Upgrades While
you are covered under the support plan, you will have access to the
latest versions of your software when they become available. These
versions upgrades are normally chargeable items which you will receive
free while under the support plan.
Unlimited Toll-Free Telephone Support If
you have any questions with the operation or support of your system,
you will have unlimited access to a trained factory support
representative via our toll-free telephone support number. If you are
not covered by the support plan, these calls are billed on a per
incident basis.
* Note that this
support agreement is for a standard PayClock EZ system with one user
and one PC100 terminal. Multi-user systems, PC400 terminals, and
TouchStation Terminal systems require a different support plan.
HARDWARE SUPPORT
+ Next Day Shipping of Exchange Clock If
your clock goes down, or is damaged, you can rest assured knowing that
with a simple phone call an exchange unit will be sent to you the next
day. This no-hassle exchange eliminates the time needed to send in your
unit for estimates and repairs.
+ Extended Warranty The
support plan will extend the standard warranty that came with your
product. While under warranty, or with this plan, your time clocks will
be covered for free parts and labor to repair defects in materials or
workmanship.
